Hello and welcome to  the Silver Sky web site!  Silver Sky is a dynamic musical duo that is extraordinarily versatile and vastly experienced at entertaining audiences of all types.  Silver Sky consists of members David Stirk and George Suhon.  Both Dave and George have had a vast amount of experience working with various bands.  They have played many different genres of music throughout their musical careers.  Their voices blend together well and compliment each other.  Both of them have an unusual ability to sing "cross-genre".  They are multi-dimensional vocalists not being limited to only one style of music.  Both also play multiple instruments, however in Silver Sky Dave plays guitar and George keyboards.  Occasionally, they will switch to the other's instrument for a pleasant change of pace.  You can read more about them by clicking on their names in the table of contents above. 

Music that gets results and entertains is performed "LIVE".  Live music is head and shoulders above music played by DJ's.  Find out why here.  One important key to the great sound and success of Silver Sky is the backing tracks they use behind their live performance.  George records all of the backing tracks for the duo in his studio.  The backing tracks are recorded with a "live" feel, not being excessively compressed in the studio like karaoke tracks often are.  Dave and George have thus inherited the descriptive title "the duo with the live band sound".  They also have a large selection of CD music comparable to that of most DJ's.  So if a song is not in their "live" repertoire they will still be able to accommodate most song  requests.
